When a Skype call connects with the person you’re dialling, you never really know what to expect. You’ve sent some emails back and forth, spent time arranging the date and time of your call… but you never know what’s going to happen when the call connects. When Rebecca and Hon appeared on my screen, 8 hours ahead of me and sat on their sofa in their flat in Hong Kong, my immediate gut reaction was a big fat YES – these two are something special.
Fast forward to a drizzly day in early December to my last wedding of the year. They’d landed days earlier and we’d all met up for coffee, but now the moment had finally arrived. What followed was a study in style and elegance, all while being incredibly fun and relaxed. An absolute delight of a way to close out 2018, especially working some new faces (Dan from Shoot Me Now and Anna of Hilde Stories) and some I’d worked with before (Alex that’s you!).
