Weddings are, without fail, one of the most unique and singular events in our lives. The excitement, the preparation, the tears, the laughter, the speeches, the dancing-’til-2am… it’s all there. There’s nothing quite like it.
What’s more, no two weddings are the same. Every one is a different experience and a different day from beginning to end. That’s why I make sure I do everything I can to help make your day the most fun possible, while capturing unique, creative photos at the same time.
This is also why, when I photograph your wedding, I place no limits on how long I shoot for. I’ll often shoot for 14 hours or more. When it comes to photographing weddings, there’s really no other option.
The question I get asked the most at weddings is ‘so how long have you known the couple?’ The assumption being that I’m not just some dude off Instagram but someone who’s taken the time to actually get to know the people that are getting married. (You!)
Part of this is down to the fact that I spend plenty of time getting to know my couples, but it goes deeper than that. I believe that wedding photography should be fun, informal and – above all else – should always, always strive for greater and greater creativity. No two weddings are the same, so why should the photos be?
Couples get in touch with me every day, and I’m often booked more than a year in advance for popular months. If you’re getting married soon and want to find out if I’m available, make sure to get in touch ASAP.
